Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the agent runtime and evaluation layer of Foundry, an AI-focused platform that builds, deploys, and operates agents, apps, and code for fund administration. You will work with an engineering team and report to the Group Product Manager, shaping auto mations for non-engineers and ensuring governance and auditability.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency with AI

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS.
Experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy to execution, in a zero-to-one context.
Hands-on understanding of agent evaluation, golden datasets, data labeling, and automated judges.

Responsibilities

Build the agent runtime: Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform where business users deploy automations without an engineering cycle.
Own evaluations and model governance: Define testing for automations, datasets, labeling, and regression gates.
Solve the evaluator problem: Ensure quality for thousands of agents with measurable, scalable checks.
Shape memory and self-improvement: Define long-lived memory and learning within agents.
Run a model-agnostic platform: Own routing, cost attribution, and pricing for models across jobs.
