Job summary

Stone Mechanical, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Tech Plumbing Lead to lead residential and light commercial plumbing service calls. You will mentor junior technicians, diagnose complex issues, and ensure code-compliant workmanship on site.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of plumbing experience, a Journeyman license (preferred), strong diagnostic skills, and excellent customer communication to deliver safe, reliable service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing service experience.
• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technicians.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform diagnostic, repair, and installation work on residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to plumbing technicians.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert for complex or escalated plumbing calls.
• Ensure all work meets code requirements.
• Communicate system issues and solutions clearly to customers.
• Complete accurate work orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Manager Plumbing Operations on complex repair needs and parts.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and test equipment in safe, working condition.
