Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent - Plumbing in Zebulon, NC to lead plumbing construction on large-scale projects. You will ensure work aligns with contract documents, codes, and project requirements, while coordinating with PMs and field staff.

The role requires site leadership, BIM-readiness, and strong communication to manage safety, schedules, and budgets across subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in plumbing on large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of state/local/federal plumbing codes and standards.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with BIM-coordinated plumbing installations and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing construction per contract documents and codes.
• Document delays, workarounds, and tie-ins with PMs.
• Lead the team on job sites and resolve disputes.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subs, and vendors.
• Manage inspections, tool tracking, and safety compliance.
• Forecast labor/equipment needs and read blueprints for installs.
