Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family plumbing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise plumbing foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate all plumbing installation activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction challenges to maintain timelines.
