Work With Your Handz LLC in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a 5–8 person service plumbing team and mentor technicians on complex field challenges. You will work alongside technicians as a hands-on resource, coaching them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of residential plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across residential plumbing systems.
• Passion for mentoring and developing technicians.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• High integrity with a servant-leader mindset.
• Comfortable using technology and modern field management tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential plumbing technicians.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for complex plumbing situations.
• Provide field support by riding along with technicians when necessary.
• Help technicians improve customer communication, diagnostics, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for service quality and customer satisfaction.
