Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience on commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software/systems.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills.
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Must be available to work assigned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, purchasing, CAD/BIM, fabrication shops, and client personnel.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plumbing construction plan and schedule.
• Scope vendor quotes, purchase equipment/materials, and issue subcontracts.
• Monitor field progress, manage budget, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cash flow.
