Howze Plumbing Inc. is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Installer to lead installation projects from start to finish and mentor junior installers. You will manage jobsites, verify measurements, and ensure top-quality workmanship with strong customer communication.

You will need 5+ years of hands-on installation experience, 2+ years of crew leadership, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel. This is a full-time, on-site role in Keller, TX with competitive benefits.

• 5+ years hands-on installation experience with the ability to independently complete complex installations.
• 2+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience directing installers and maintaining accountability.
• Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Ability to manage jobsite productivity and labor efficiency to complete projects within estimated hours.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, contractors, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to assigned jobsites.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and proper use of safety equipment and procedures.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
