Job summary

Howze Plumbing Inc. is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Installer to lead installation projects from start to finish and mentor junior installers. You will manage jobsites, verify measurements, and ensure top-quality workmanship with strong customer communication.

You will need 5+ years of hands-on installation experience, 2+ years of crew leadership, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel. This is a full-time, on-site role in Keller, TX with competitive benefits.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED PLUMBING INSTALLER

As an Experienced Plumbing Installer, you will lead plumbing installation projects from start to finish while serving as a resource and mentor for junior installers. You will manage jobsites, delegate responsibilities, maintain crew accountability, and ensure projects remain organized, safe, professional, and on schedule. Throughout the day, you will review plans, verify measurements, identify potential issues before installation begins, and take full ownership of the final work product. You will ensure all installations meet company quality standards, communicate professionally with customers and internal team members, and complete final walkthroughs to deliver a high-quality finished project. You will also manage labor efficiency, minimize material waste and downtime, prepare materials, tools, and manpower in advance, and promptly communicate scheduling changes, delays, or scope increases to help keep projects profitable and running smoothly.

Here's what we need from you:

• 5+ years of hands-on installation experience with the ability to independently complete complex installations
• 2+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to direct installers, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability
• Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and maintain high workmanship standards
• Ability to manage jobsite productivity and labor efficiency to complete projects within estimated hours
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers, contractors, and leadership
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned jobsites
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• 7+ years of installation experience, including high-end, custom, or complex projects
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple installers or crews
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, including material verification, quality inspections, and final walkthroughs
• Proven success reducing labor overruns, eliminating callbacks, and improving productivity and profitability
• Ability to train and develop junior installers
