Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on installation experience and ability to independently complete complex installations.
• 2+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Ability to manage jobsite productivity and labor efficiency to complete projects within estimated hours.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, contractors, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and independence.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and proper use of safety equipment and procedures.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing installation projects from start to finish and mentor junior installers.
• Manage jobsites, delegate tasks, and maintain crew accountability.
• Review plans, verify measurements, identify issues before installation, and own final workmanship.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and communicate with customers and team.
• Manage labor efficiency, minimize waste, prepare materials and manpower, and communicate scheduling changes.
