Qualifications

• Proven experience with plumbing and gas systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and simple layouts.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and field application.
• Comfortable learning and using iPad-based software.
• Self-motivated team contributor with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing and gas installations efficiently and to code.
• Follow Install System to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Educate customers on products, services and system operation.
• Deliver clean workmanship using proper tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices for accurate installs.
• Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and workmanship.
• Meet or exceed key performance expectations; report discrepancies.
• Debrief with Dispatch and communicate with Install Coordinator.
• Report truck damage and supply shortages; keep truck stocked.
