Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience minimum.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic, eager to learn new methods.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service, honesty, dependability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe teams to ensure timely, compliant installs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Analyze work orders, follow travel schedules, address customer concerns.
• Maintain stock for each job and document work per procedures.
• Guide assistants or apprentices and keep tools in good condition.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance on site.
