Qualifications

• State of Texas Plumbing Journeyman License with Med Gas endorsement.
• Knowledge of drafting, blueprint reading, and mathematics.
• Ability to direct workers using plans and verbal instructions.
• Pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Leads crews in safe work habits and enforces company policies.
• Supervises and attends weekly safety meetings.
• Communicates daily with Mechanical Superintendent to meet schedules.
• Attends jobsite progress meetings and state inspections.
• Updates as-built drawings on all jobs.
• Ensures penetrations are sealed with proper fire caulk.
• Ensures crews are at sites on time and prepared.
• Schedules inspections and coordinates with supervisors.
