Job summary
DynaTen Corporation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Foreman - Plumbing to lead commercial plumbing crews on active projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely installation in accordance with drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements. You will translate project needs into executable work plans and coordinate with project partners.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas Journeyman Plumber license and at least five years of field leadership in commercial plumbing.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Journeyman Plumber license in good standing.
- At least 5 years of commercial plumbing/construction leadership.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, codes, and submittals.
- Experience with field leadership and safety compliance.
- Proficient with mobile devices and construction software for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more crews on commercial plumbing installations, ensuring safety and quality.
- Develop daily work plans using drawings, schedules, and budgets.
- Plan manpower, tools, and materials to support production.
- Coordinate with project management, general contractors, and other trades.
- Monitor progress and report daily or weekly on labor, material status, and schedule.
- Coach and develop team members; address performance concerns.
- Lead pre-task planning and toolbox talks; ensure site housekeeping.
