Job summary

Comfort Temp Company is seeking a Plumbing Foreman in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee and manage entire plumbing projects, lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, and ensure work meets high standards of quality and safety. Strong leadership and hands-on supervision are essential.

The role requires 7–10 years in commercial plumbing, OSHA 30, and a Journeyman’s license. You will plan, schedule, and communicate costs while delivering on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of plumbing experience with a focus on commercial projects.
• Journeyman’s license or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance and training.
• Plan and schedule work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water systems.
• Inform clients of estimated costs before starting work.
• Repair or replace faulty plumbing structures and components.
• Install pipes and fixtures to ensure proper drainage.
• Ensure systems are in excellent condition upon completion.
• Advise clients on care for their systems and health and safety rules.
