Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Trade Foreman to lead plumbing crews on Jacksonville-area projects. The role involves daily supervision, coordination with project teams, and ensuring work aligns with safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Candidates should have 2+ years as a foreman in plumbing on medium/large projects and 3+ years of field experience. Certifications (CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, STS) are required or available training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management/engineering preferred.
• 2+ years as a Foreman supervising the plumbing trade on medium/large projects.
• 3+ years of field or trade construction experience; government, military, or large commercial experience preferred.
• Design-build experience desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of daily reports and look ahead.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the plumbing crews on project sites to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with field operations, project management, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain documentation, daily reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on site.
