Qualifications
- Journeyman level plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction.
- Ability to perform layout, takeoffs, requisitions, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and startup support.
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability.
- Ability to support crew productivity and lead apprentice installers.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to Journeyman and Apprentice-level Plumbing teammates.
- Complete plumbing construction, installation, finishing, improvement, and related tasks.
- Perform layout activities, material takeoffs, and prepare trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
- Perform quality control inspections to verify work meets project and company standards.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics when needed.
