Job summary

RK Industries is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the Service Plumbing Division in the Denver area. You will oversee field operations, mentor technicians, ensure safety and quality, and drive service excellence with customers.

The role requires a Journeyman Plumber license (Master preferred) and 7+ years in commercial plumbing service, including team leadership and job coordination. A comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber License required; Master Plumber preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial plumbing service technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality field work.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for commercial plumbing and hydronic systems.
• Coordinate daily field operations, service calls, work orders, inspections, and customer needs.
• Coach and develop technicians while supporting estimating, job scoping, and service opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and technical expertise.
