Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site piping installation projects with a focus on precision, quality, and safety. You will oversee scheduling, crew coordination, and on-site problem solving to keep projects on time and within scope.

You will mentor journeymen and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety standards and code compliance while collaborating with superintendents, project managers, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve issues in real time.

Qualifications

• Requires Journeyman Plumber License and plumbing expertise.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and mentor apprentices.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project schedule and drive on-site completion within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise RK Mechanical crews and subcontractors.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices to uphold safety and craftsmanship.
• Maintain current, updated drawings for inspections and client review.
• Coordinate with project management on budget, productivity, and change orders.
