Job summary

RK Industries, LLC in Denver, CO, is seeking a skilled Plumber to perform the full range of plumbing duties on construction, finishing, and repair projects. You will work on site, oversee crew productivity, ensure schedules are met, and perform layouts and material takeoffs as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong physical condition, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a solid knowledge of trade tools and building codes. Shift is 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Good dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• Aptitude for technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with building codes and current laws/regulations.
• Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials.
• Keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade-specific tasks on a construction site.
• Oversee the productivity of crew.
• Ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Perform some layout activities.
• Perform some material takeoffs as necessary.
• Trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
• Perform planned maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform equipment start-up with associated documentation.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostics when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Shift: Monday - Friday: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
