Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead mechanical teams on piping installation projects. You will oversee scheduling and on-site supervision of RK Mechanical crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project scope.

You will mentor journeymen and apprentices, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with superintendents, project managers and other trades to keep work flowing and issues resolved in real time.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license required.
• Experience supervising crews on mechanical piping projects.
• Strong safety culture and ability to mentor trades.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project schedule and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site crew activities for RK Mechanical and subcontractors.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices to maintain safety and craftsmanship.
• Ensure code compliance and quality craftsmanship on all installations.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and respond to inspection readiness.
• Foster strong communication with project management and stakeholders.
