Paulson-Cheek Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects in Norcross and the greater Atlanta area.

You will supervise plumbing crews, coordinate with General Contractors, ensure codes compliance and on-site safety, and serve as a liaison between field teams, project management, and clients. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and MEP plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing field activities from start to finish.
• Manage crews and subcontractors to meet deadlines and uphold high standards.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, job specs, and safety regulations.

We’re looking for a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects. You'll be the go-to expert on-site, ensuring top-quality installation, team coordination, and safety compliance while serving as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing field activities from start to finish

Work Location:

In person / Project-based – Norcross and greater Atlanta market.This is a traveling field position. Travel to project and customer locations is required based on business and project needs.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and local codes
• Excellent leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and MEP plans
• Commitment to job site safety and OSHA standards
• Clear driving record and ability to travel to job sites throughout the region
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills
