Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking an experienced Plumber to lead plumbing projects across our team. This role involves advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work on plumbing systems, with emphasis on codes compliance and safety.

You will mentor junior plumbers and coordinate with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of plumbing experience, a valid state license, strong blueprint interpretation, and excellent problem-solving and leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
State plumbing license as required.
Proven experience as a plumber; 2+ years in a plumbing role.
Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layouts and installations.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
Maintain clean, safe job sites and proper disposal of waste materials.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drains, water heaters).
Cut, thread, and bend pipes; weld, solder, or join pipes by approved methods.
Inspect systems to identify issues and provide solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
