Job summary
Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking an experienced Plumber to lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, and maintenance, and oversee junior plumbers. The role requires deep knowledge of plumbing codes and strong leadership abilities to ensure high-quality installations.
Located in Scarborough, ME, the position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment within our HVAC and Plumbing team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Plumbing license.
- 4+ years in a plumbing role and experience with plumbing codes/regulations.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Estimate materials, equipment, and labor for projects.
- Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices and mentor teammates.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and track project progress.
