Job summary

Accurate Mechanical in Ohio is seeking a Plumbing Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will read blueprints, comply with codes, mentor apprentices, and ensure safety and quality.

This role requires a valid Journeyman license or in-process, 3-5 years of field experience, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork to coordinate with other trades.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or in process as required by local/state rules.
• 3-5 years of field plumbing experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems per blueprints and codes.
• Lead and supervise apprentices and helpers on site.
• Inspect systems for leaks and safety compliance, perform repairs as needed.
• Coordinate plumbing work with project managers and other trades.
• Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and time.
