Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with codes.

You will lead apprentices, mentor helpers, coordinate with project teams, and maintain safety and quality standards on site. This role offers strong growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or in process per local/state regulations.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in plumbing within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to blueprints and building codes.
• Lead and supervise apprentices and helpers, providing guidance and training.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and safety compliance, performing necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
