Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprints.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Clean up sites and dispose waste properly.
• Install, repair, maintain plumbing systems.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes; weld or join as needed.
• Inspect systems to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials.
• Keep records of work and progress.
• Train and mentor juniors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
