Service Experts is seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our HVAC and Plumbing team in Fairfax, VA. You will lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, and maintenance, and troubleshoot complex systems while upholding codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organization skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Clean up job sites and dispose of waste properly.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes; weld or join as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
