Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Plumber III to apply general plumbing knowledge to moderately complex projects. You will assemble repair and install kits per BOMs, stage worksites, and assist with measurements and system testing.

Responsibilities include managing parts returns, updating CMMS tasks with photos and readings, receiving and labeling parts, and keeping toolrooms organized. You will coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.

• Stage areas with protective setup, signage, and tools.
• Assist with measurements: record slope, hanger spacing, and pressure; log results.
• Manage parts returns and warranty cores; track tags and shipping.
• Update CMMS tasks with photos, readings, and closure notes.
• Receive and label parts/materials; store per spec.
• Prepare systems for testing: fill/bleed, purge air, set gauges.
• Maintain toolrooms and organize components by stage.
• Coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.
