Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Plumber III to perform moderately complex plumbing tasks, assemble kits per BOMs, and support testing and teardown activities. The role involves measuring slopes, spacing, and pressures, while maintaining organized tool rooms and CMMS records.

With 4+ years in plumbing and a High School Diploma or GED, you will mentor junior staff and ensure accurate documentation and parts handling in a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in plumbing or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn BOMs and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble repair/install kits per BOMs and verify completeness.
• Stage areas with protection, buckets, drain hoses, signage, and tool sets.
• Assist with measurements—record slope, hanger spacing, and pressure.
• Manage parts returns and warranty cores; track tags and shipping.
• Update CMMS tasks with photos, readings, and closure notes.
• Receive and label parts/materials; check against POs and store per spec.
• Prepare systems for testing: fill, bleed, purge air, set gauges, record baselines.
• Maintain toolrooms and track calibration dates; resolve missing items.
• Support teardown, cleaning and inspection; organize components by stage.
• Coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.
