Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, estimate costs, and mentor junior plumbers.

This role requires leadership, problem solving, and a strong knowledge of plumbing systems. The position is based on-site in Henrico, VA, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience leading plumbing projects and mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Coordinate with clients and team members on requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components.
• Cut, thread, bend pipes; weld or solder as required.
• Inspect systems to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Procure plumbing materials and maintain records of work.
