You will read blueprints, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring apprentices and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber I or 5–10+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and progress.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers and helpers.
