Job summary

Gorilla Commerce is seeking a Manager, PLM & Product Data to own and mature the company's PLM platform globally. The role focuses on structure, governance, adoption and end-to-end data stewardship rather than data entry.

You will shape the roadmap, align with sourcing partners, and own vendor relationships to deliver scalable PLM outcomes. Based on global operations with US Eastern hours alignment, this role offers cross-functional impact across product specs, BOMs, materials and costing, while

Qualifications

5+ years in PLM, product data management or product operations with direct ownership of a PLM or similar platform.
Strong grasp of product hierarchy, multi-level BOMs, specifications and revision management.
Experience maintaining product data integrity against an ERP, including reconciliation and integration keys.
Experience designing or governing approval workflows and version control.
Advanced Excel and handling of large product datasets.
Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day health, configuration and evolution of the PLM platform.
Set standards and make system decisions across parent and SKU hierarchy, specifications, BOMs, materials, supplier and factory records, quotes and costing.
Determine whether issues are solved via configuration, data architecture, process design or vendor development.
Own integration keys and mappings between PLM and ERP.
Drive adoption across a distributed sourcing organization; build SOPs, training materials and onboarding for new users.
