Job summary

The Hired Guns seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the front-end consumer experience platform, building reusable Lego-like components, design systems, and tooling to empower cross-brand teams. You will connect platform work to consumer outcomes and balance art with science in a fast-paced digital ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, staying hands-on while guiding strategy, and you’ll thrive in a hybrid role with ownership from product conception to delivery.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned a platform over time and understand reusable capabilities versus shipping features.
• Experience connecting platform work to the consumer experience (front-end components, design systems, personalization).
• Fluency with React, Node, GraphQL, APIs and broader publishing stack.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end consumer experience platform and reusable Lego blocks.
• Translate complex ecosystem into elegant, reusable product capabilities.
• Partner with executives, product, design, and engineering to set direction and drive scale.
