Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee Platform and Reporting in the Core division. You’ll bridge Platform, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering to craft data contracts and models powering analytics.

You’ll own end-to-end reporting, guiding strategy with research and competitive analysis to serve executives and frontline users. You’ll drive ROI initiatives, push large-scale innovations, and partner with sales to close Fortune 5000 deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with platform or infrastructure focus for enterprise customers.
• Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Experience defining data contracts and collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Ability to navigate data dependencies across multiple teams and align with stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with sales as the company moves upmarket to enterprise.
• Track record of expanding product audiences to include senior or diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to make smart scope trade-offs on dependency-heavy features.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written, with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own Platform capabilities by bridging Core, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering to power reporting and analytics.
• Own Reporting end-to-end, using research and market analysis to shape data interaction.
• Lead ROI initiatives to quantify operational benefits within the product surface.
• Implement large-scale innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales to articulate how analytics meet senior stakeholder needs.
• Evolve reporting products from frontline users to enterprise audiences including ops, finance, and EHS.
• Inspire and motivate designers and engineers, defining success with measurable KPIs.
