Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee Platform and Reporting in the Core division. You’ll bridge Core, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering, define data contracts, and shape analytics products for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes ROI, collaboration with sales, and expanding impact beyond frontline users to executives. You will guide a team of designers and engineers, drive strategy, and translate complex data capabilities into enterprise-ready solutions, while aligning

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with platform or infrastructure focus, plus Enterprise experience.
• Proven track record building customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Ability to define data requirements with data/infra teams and align with business goals.
• Experience partnering with sales as products move upmarket to Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own Platform capabilities, defining data contracts and models for reporting products.
• Lead end-to-end Reporting capabilities using data, research, and market analysis.
• Drive ROI initiatives and communicate product value to stakeholders.
• Balance large innovations with smaller quality-of-life improvements for sales impact.
• Collaborate with sales to close Fortune 5000 deals with clear prioritization.
• Scale reporting to a broader enterprise audience, including finance and operations.
• Inspire designers and engineers, measure success with KPIs and business goals.
