Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Health Solutions platform delivery, focusing on API integration, Azure migrations, and secure data workflows.

The role involves hands-on engineering, DevOps coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration to modernize platforms while ensuring PHI/PII compliance. You will work embedded with delivery streams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and produce clear documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience.
• Hands-on API + integration experience.
• Azure/cloud experience.
• Working knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, repos, deployments).
• Ability to execute within platform delivery (not just architect).
• Strong communication + documentation skills.
• Work directly with engineers (debug, validate, iterate).
• Communicate across technical and business stakeholders.
• Document risks, decisions and dependencies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support platform solution design and integration strategies
• Perform hands-on API validation and testing (e.g., Postman)
• Assist in Azure migration planning, environment readiness and cutover execution
• Coordinate DevOps readiness: Repo access, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes
• Support data migration planning and validation (including PHI/PII considerations)
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across environments, security, and integrations
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
• Produce technical documentation, decision logs, and stakeholder updates
