Job summary

Allstate is seeking an Organization Overview, Function, Purpose & Platform Consultant to join our health tech initiatives. You will bridge platform delivery, design, and execution across Product, Engineering, Platform, Security and Compliance teams.

You will validate APIs with Postman, support Azure migration planning, CI/CD readiness, and help govern PHI/PII data migration and HITRUST compliance within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in related roles.
• Hands-on API + integration experience.
• Azure/cloud experience with platform delivery focus.
• Working knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, repos, deployments).
• Ability to execute within platform delivery, not just architect.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborates with engineers to translate business requirements.
• Documents risks, decisions and dependencies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support platform solution design and integration strategies.
• Perform hands-on API validation and testing (Postman).
• Assist in Azure migration planning, environment readiness and cutover execution.
• Coordinate DevOps readiness: repo access, CI/CD pipelines, deployments.
• Support data migration planning and validation (PHI/PII).
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and stakeholder updates.
