Job summary

Allstate Health Solutions is seeking a Platform Consultant focused on delivering hands-on platform design, API integration, and Azure migration work. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Platform, and Security teams to modernize our technology stack and ensure secure, compliant data flows.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong API and cloud expertise, and solid DevOps capabilities to execute across delivery streams while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in roles delivering complex platform solutions.
• Hands-on API integration and validation experience.
• Experience with Azure/cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, repos, deployments).
• Ability to execute within platform delivery, not only architect.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into implementable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support platform solution design and integration strategies
• Perform hands-only API validation and testing (e.g., Postman)
• Assist in Azure migration planning, environment readiness and cutover execution
• Coordinate DevOps readiness: repo access, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes
• Support data migration planning and validation (PHI/PII considerations)
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across environments, security and integrations
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
• Produce technical documentation, decision logs, and stakeholder updates
