Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer, Property Technology, in a hybrid role near Dallas, TX, with options for McLean, VA or Memphis, TN. You will lead the enterprise Prodigy platform team, turning complex API and UI requirements into scalable solutions that power hospitality services worldwide.

You'll collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and developers in an agile environment, mentor analysts, and help drive backlog refinement and release planning to maintain velocity.

Qualifications

• Five years of work experience in Technology or Product or related field.
• Three years delivering detailed requirements to UX/UI teams.
• Proficiency with Jira for managing user stories and UI requirements.
• Experience with REST APIs and Swagger specifications.
• Hybrid role requires proximity to Dallas, McLean, or Memphis offices.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create technical requirements to deliver new features for Prodigy platform.
• Break down complex workflows into unified application experiences.
• Translate diagrams and API definitions into clear requirements and business flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI Engineers, and Designers in Agile.
• Lead other Business Analysts to foster ideation, accountability and customer-centric decisions.
• Manage refinement backlog and sprint planning to maintain velocity.
