Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across the full software development lifecycle. You will implement reusable templates, integrate infrastructure-as-code, and ensure secure deployments across dev/test/staging/prod environments, including ephemeral previews.

Focus on embedding security and compliance through SBOMs, provenance, and policy-as-code, while partnering with security, SRE, QA, and product teams to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering CI/CD platforms at scale.
• Hands-on with GitLab/GitHub workflows and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with security teams to embed policy and compliance into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across the full SDLC.
• Embed security, quality, and compliance into delivery.
• Collaborate with application engineers, SREs, QA, product, and release management.
• Document platform standards and runbooks; troubleshoot pipelines.
