Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a CI/CD Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on developer enablement, platform engineering, and pipeline security. You will own delivery standards, security guardrails, and compliance practices across Secure SDLC and Internal Developer Platforms.

As a leader in identity governance, you will guide engineers to ship code safely at scale, maintain auditable releases, and partner with security and product teams to ensure strong governance and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles within cloud-native SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to mentor, recruit, and empower technical engineers.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD and GitOps practices, tooling choices, and secure release standards.
• Experience defining and enforcing software supply chain security standards and audit readiness.
• Comfortable engaging security, compliance, and audit stakeholders on control design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform team.
• Champion Secure SDLC and software supply chain security controls.
• Define and maintain IDP strategy and self-service capabilities for developers.
• Own CI/CD architecture including pipelines, deployment systems, and governance.
• Drive strategy and roadmap aligned with engineering leadership and business goals.
