Job summary

The French Sourcer in New York is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and own the company’s platform infrastructure from day one. You will shape the infrastructure roadmap, scale the AI health audit pipelines, and collaborate across engineering teams to improve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing environments.

You will work in a hybrid setup in New York, with a focus on latency, reliability, and cost efficiency while ensuring SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in platform or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale the infrastructure that audits clinical notes against massive criteria.
• Own the platform function from day one and define the infra roadmap.
• Collaborate with two main teams to own DevOps, CI/CD, and testing environments.
• Design patterns to improve latency, reliability, and cost as volume grows.
• Lead security and compliance efforts for SOC 2 and HIPAA, including identity and access controls.
• Improve observability and manage cloud spend to hit cost targets.
