Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and setting quality expectations.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or Spring Boot.
• Experience with automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Full SDLC expertise and strong Agile, CI/CD, resiliency, and security knowledge.
• Experience with cloud, AI/ML, mobile or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value.

• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and fit.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering for new technologies.
