You will lead design decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to enterprise tooling and monitoring platforms in a cloud environment, leveraging Python/Java and AWS services to deliver resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience in NAMR/APAC–India/ LATAM/ Hong Kong.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience (EMEA/LATAM-Brazil).
• Singapore follow local country guidance.
• Experience leading enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted development tools with ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Hands‑on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java with modern programming and database querying languages.
• Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL, data lakes, and AWS S3.
