Job summary

Huron is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to own architecture, deployment, and operations of our AI, Microsoft Fabric, and workflow platforms, serving multiple client engagements in a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will lead Azure DevOps, Salesforce integration, and AI workflow development, mentor teams, and collaborate with platform, analytics, and reporting stakeholders. Base salary range shown is $155,000–$175,000 with incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or related role.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps administration, including pipeline configuration, governance, reporting, and multi-project administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration or development coordination.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Fabric or related cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory/Synapse/Databricks).
• Experience designing or supporting AI/LLM solutions, including prompt engineering and workflow automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, standardization, and ongoing administration of internal Azure DevOps environments used to manage work across multiple client engagements.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal AI-powered solutions and Claude AI projects, including prompt workflows and automation pipelines.
• Coordinate client onboarding and implementation activities related to Microsoft Fabric deployments, partnering with client IT and data teams.
• Collaborate with platform, analytics, and reporting resources to provide technical guidance and review Power BI data models.
• Support expansion of Managed Services processes into Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, platform standards, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Mentor team members and participate in the internal Tech Committee.
