Huron seeks a Senior Manager to serve as the architect for our data and analytics platform, spanning ingestion, transformation, data science and BI. You will own end-to-end architecture, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure seamless handoffs as engagements scale from PoCs to enterprise programs.

You will provide technical leadership to engineers, lead delivery workstreams, and shape the platform as a sellable offering, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure services

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in cloud data architecture with deep Azure and Fabric expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services: Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Storage, Logic Apps, Functions, Azure SQL Database, Active Directory, DevOps, Monitor.
• Strong knowledge of Fabric workloads: Power BI, Lakehouse, Semantic Model, Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Data Activator, Deployment Pipelines, Workspaces, Apps.
• Experience with platform governance, security, IaC, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture patterns: microservices, serverless, event-driven.
• Experience in leading cloud migrations and deployments end-to-end.
• Azure/Fabric certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Fabric Analytics Engineer, or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Demonstrated mentoring of technical teams and leading delivery workstreams.
• Proven ability to contribute to business development and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Design and develop cloud analytic solutions using Microsoft Fabric, the Azure data estate, and a modern data platform.
• Own end-to-end architecture across ingestion, transformation, data science, semantic modeling, and reporting; ensure defined handoffs.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, scalability, reliability and performance across reports and pipelines.
• Document and communicate platform architecture to internal teams, stakeholders and sponsors.
• Establish frameworks and accelerators: starter domain models, declarative environment patterns, guarded metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and partners.
• Lead project delivery workstreams and teams across the platform.
• Contribute to business development by shaping the platform as a sellable offering.
