Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to train and mentor staff; strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with maintenance planning, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities with Production to reduce downtime.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance (OEE, downtime, reliability).
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain records.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Maintenance team; manage crisis tasks when needed.
