Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead complex project schedules, guide sequencing and training, and supervise critical path analysis. You will ensure CPM alignment with Lean and pull planning principles, while coordinating with project teams to optimize delivery and mitigate delays.

The role emphasizes leadership of scheduling staff, development of best practices, and collaboration across marketing, operations and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years planning and scheduling experience is preferred.
• 2+ years people management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to perform accurate, timely work and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex schedule development and critical path analyses for multiple projects.
• Guide scheduling sequencing, training delivery, and CPM alignment with Lean/ pull planning.
• Support Change Management delays and claims as needed.
• Mentor scheduling staff and drive best-practice standards across the team.
