Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Planning & Scheduling Manager to prepare complex project schedules, lead scheduling teams, and drive lean sequencing. You will guide critical path analysis, supervise pull planning, and ensure schedules align with project goals and standards.

Travel and non-traditional hours may be required. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 8+ years of planning and scheduling, and 2+ years of people management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred.
• 2+ years people management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare schedules for projects of all sizes.
• Lead critical path analysis and drive schedule improvements.
• Support Lean and Pull Planning initiatives and training.
• Guide scheduling consultants to meet project needs.
