Job summary

The Noble Law is expanding and seeking experienced employment law attorneys and litigators to join our established, multijurisdictional plaintiff’s employment law firm with offices across NC, SC, NY, and DC.

Lead Attorneys will manage client matters with minimal oversight, handle pre-litigation and litigation, and work with a paralegal and team to achieve favorable outcomes while upholding integrity and equity.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in NC or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ employment law experience including litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, procedural rules, and evidentiary rules.
• Powerful negotiation skills.
• Great interpersonal communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Independent, proactive case management and tech-savvy (legal AI, Salesforce, MS Office).
• Commitment to the Firm’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in pre-litigation and litigation matters, including agency proceedings (EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc.).
• Litigate and arbitrate; participate in appeals as needed.
• Collaborate with the legal team: gather evidence, interview witnesses, review documents, conduct research, develop case strategies.
• Maintain organized files, track deadlines, and supervise fee earners under supervision.
